The Eighth China–Japan–Korea Grassland Conference
（September 2-6, 2024）
1. The registration website (http://hy.nmgcyxhw.com/) is now open. The early registration deadline has been extended until August 2, 2024. Participants who registered using the previous system are required to re-register on the new website.
2. The conference registration fees have been adjusted, as detailed in the table below. If any delegates have already paid the fees according to the previous payment standard, please contact the conference organizing committee for a refund. Additionally, please re-register and make the payment on the new website.

3. Abstracts should be submitted to the conference email address cjkgrassland@163.com, with a deadline of August 2, 2024. The abstract template has been uploaded to the website for reference, which can be found in the "Conference Updates" section. The poster should have dimensions of 90cm × 150cm in portrait orientation. Kindly make it yourself and bring it to the venue. Adhesive materials and tools will be provided at the venue.
4. Because the conference company has many meetings held at the same time, in order to accurately check multiple registration information, please indicate: "name + institution + eighth session" when paying.
5. Conference accommodation：
Inner Mongolia Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel is the hotel contracted for this conference, and you will be responsible for your own accommodation expenses. Please be sure to select the number of rooms required in the conference registration system and fill in the hotel check-in and check-out time in the remarks column to facilitate advance booking by the conference team. Hotel last confirmed time: August 2, 2024. The conference team will not be able to guarantee hotel room reservations after August 2, sorry for having caused you such inconvenience.
